Pay the posted rate to book immediately, or propose your own rate and duration — the holder can accept or decline.
For as long as your rental runs, your label and link replace the holder's on the board — with a live countdown showing time left.
If the holder loses #1 before your time is up, the rental ends immediately and whatever's left is refunded straight to your balance. Automatic — nobody has to ask.

Alongside ETH rent, the #1 spot can also be rented for the board's own token. Every $ SPOTZ payment is split the moment it's earned: half to the holder, half burned — gone from supply for good.
